Allright, we've all thought about it. If it ever happened what would be your ideal boom stick deluxe? Keep in mind half of the NFA branch has probably been eaten or turned. So no worries about tax stamps. Feel free to get nasty and creative.
Personally I would run a tried and true 870 w/ a 14" barrel with one those new Remington tactical door breacher chokes, Mesa Tactical "high tube" buttstock adapter, Mesa Tactical saddle rail shot shell carrier , Enidine recoil buffer, Magpul UBR buttstock, Ergo sure grip, Surefire forend flashlight handle w/ a 80 lumen LED conversion, Vangcomp back boring and Vang Comp hi-viz aluminum follwer.
Lock and load baby.....

Actually, it's a 1993 Maadi I purchased new.
Back in 1993 I then sent it out to "Final Stock Options" in California to have the barrel shortened w/flash hider welded in-place and the front sight relocated on top of the gas-block.
Final Stock option also added a folding stock which I have since replaced with the Polish folder.
Some furniture changes over the years and many re-paints.
Best part added so far is the "Ultimak" gas tube. This gas tube has a 1913 rail machined into the top of it. That combined with the Ultimak's Straps that pull it and the barrel together actually helped accuracy enough to be noticeable!
With a Cheap-O red-dot installed I can hit a bowling ball 1st shot, offhand every time!
Parts are cheap and I have been collecting drum mags for it since 1993 as well.
I must admit, I get some looks from people when I use it deer hunting
(5-round mag), but it's lighter than my HK91.The best part about this setup is that it's as reliable as a shovel!
Knock on wood, I have never had a problem since I purchased it new in 1993.
